President and Chief Operating Officer
Rick Alder leads the Hosted America organization within all markets throughout the US and abroad. He’s in charge of all day to day business operations of the company and is tasked with driving consistent growth and ensuring the overall customer satisfaction. He is a strategic advisor to the CEO and is involved in the overall strategic plan and direction of the company.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Turkington is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company’s financial operations. He oversees all mergers and acquisitions for the company. He also serves as a strategic advisor providing business analysis as well as financial reporting to both the CEO and Board of Directors. As a member of the Executive Management Team, he brings a great deal of energy and focus as an integral part of the Hosted America Team.
Vice President and Director of VoIP Services
Curtis Watkins is a part of the Hosted America senior management team and is responsible for the overall health and deployment of its Hosted Voice Services Division. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Hosted America through his many years with the Schneider Corporation, AT&T and Time Warner. With a strong background in telecommunications and other traditional voice services, he has made the transition to Hosted and Cloud Solutions seem almost effortless.
Vice President and Director of Engineering and Emerging Technologies
As the Director of Engineering and Emerging Technologies, Kevin Mamuscia is responsible for all IT and Network Engineering as well as overseeing the company’s direction with emerging technologies. He is a thought leader and continues to help keep HA at the forefront of cutting edge products and services.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Kevin Mamuscia has spent much of his carrier overseeing and deploying services within the Government, Medical, Hospitality and Fiber Technology space. He thrives under pressure and has an innate ability to excel during critical situations.
Vice President and Director of Telecom Services
As the Director of Telecom Services, Mark Robbins has been task with redefining the overall strategy and growth plan for the telecom services division. Mark has over 33 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining Hosted America, Mark served as President and Chief Engineer for CRG, a leader in IP and Premise Base Voice solutions. Marks ability to bring high energy and a customer focus attitude is what has paved the way for his success.
Vice President and Director of Fiber Services
As the Director of Fiber Services, Thomas Helmer oversees the overall strategy and growth within our Metrofiber Division. Our Metrofiber solution utilizes GPON technology providing high bandwidth, gigabit services to industries including Mixed Use and Single-Family Communities, MDU, Hospitality and Government. Thomas holds a CCNA and has over 15 years of industry experience. He has spent most his career designing, deploying, and managing the fiber networks, end-user services, and community relationships
Vice President and Director of Channels Sales
As the Director of Channel Sales, Sherri Norris is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the business relationships within all outside sales and channel partnerships. With over 20 years of industry experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge as well as a laser focused vision and customer first attitude. She has spent the majority of her carrier in sales and management for companies such as BTI, Nuvox and Metro Telecom.
